Hello!

My name is Jack, a mid-twenties creative who quite fancied the idea of making a website! Welcome to jackdotfbx!

 

I'm currently based in Newcastle after competing my Masters degree in Animation from Northumbria University in 2018. For the last couple of years I've been working as a 3D artist on various VR and AR projects as well as the odd piece of freelance work. On this site, you will find a portfolio of my work including personal and university projects!

 

During the Covid19 crisis, I have recently been surrounding myself with creative endeavours. In my newly found spare time, I have been learning new software, taking on freelance projects and taking my camera out for adventures which is recorded in the 'journal' section of this site. I have also re-engaged with my amateur musicianship and stored up an incredible amount of useless trivia for quiz reasons!

The main labour of my efforts has however been re-decorating my old website into something I can show off a little more! This new site aims to bring up to date all my current work and give me something to update with new projects!
